Registration fees and information

Registration fees include access to NOVEM 2018 conference, the proceedings, lunches and refreshments during the coffee breaks. 
The conference gala dinner is not included.

Registration will open on 15 February 2018.

NOVEM is conceived to stimulate exchanges. In view of the limited number of papers which can be accepted, the authors are encouraged to submit no more than a single contribution by the same person. 
Each additional paper will be subjected to a supplement fee of EUR 250.

The reduced student fee is meant to encourage the presentations by young researchers. It thus applies only to a participant who provides a student certificate (send email to the organization novem2018@sciencesconf.org ) and who is both the first author and the paper presenter.

HOW TO REGISTER

The registration to the NOVEM2018 conference consists of the following steps.

1.- You should first login to your account and fill the registration fields. Once you have completed them a registration request email is sent to the organization. You will receive an automatically generated email confirming your registration request is being processed.

2.- After a brief time you will receive a second email validating your request. For instance, if you are registering as a student and have not submitted the corresponding certificate (send email to the organization novem2018@sciencesconf.org ) you will be asked to do so.

3.- Once you have received the second email, you shall login to your account again and proceed to pay either by bank transfer (preferred option) or by credit card. Once the payment has been confirmed you will get a third email stating that your registration is completed.
